So I'm kind of annoyed at these rich bitches for wearing fur as they strut their stuff in the lime light. Its a dead animals remains you freaking Sheila, get it off and get a life. Its a poor defenseless animal that had its skin stripped while it was hung by its little paws with a rope as it kept blinking even though it was technically "dead" (refer to the documentary "earthlings" to view such footage). I want to go PETA style on you Demi Moore (fur is not going to make you look any younger or more refined you old hag) and tackle you to the ground in your fur jacket, I want to be able to go and see the latest Sex in The City film without wanting to rip Sarah Jessica Parker's eyes out for wearing some fur like its suddenly ok now to put that into movies here and there!
Yes, I can hear it now. This girl is sooo aggro and its just not ok to be like that and no ones gonna listen when someone is like that, bla bla. Well I think it is aggro to support torture. Yes you, Lindsay Lo Ho Bo. Fur is not going to bring class to you girlfriend, embrace your trailor park heritage and get your freak on girl. You are gay, you are a lesbian, and no big fluffy fur is going to tone down that fact for your fans.
So I have a few confessions. I am guilty of purchasing lambskins for my babies. I have worn uggboots in the past and thought nothing of it, and I have bought ALOT of leather shoes.
Today is a new day. I am not endorsing the "one lambskin for each Australian baby incentive" anymore and my next pair of shoes are going to be made of anything other than animal.
I just think its unnecessary and that thier are so many other funky fashions out there that dont involve blood and animal cruelty.
A few general guidelines;
-Even old recycled fur is gross, lay it to rest in the earth where it belongs.
-Fur is really good for surviving the antarctic, but only if you have no other alternative and you know how to get it yourself.
-Perhaps you purchased a rabbit skin from an old Navaho womyn and it now rests on an alter at home, I believe that is a pretty good way to use and honour fur. Lets hope she ate it first and that you dont create a market! (friends question).

I am not the fur law maker. I am just a human being who knows that if we all had to really watch how furs were gathered we would not be ok with its use and abuse. Lets not make fur "cool" again.
